A Better Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Denton
Friscopartybuscompany.com is not a bus company and doesn't own a single vehicle. It is a comparison and quote-request website that helps you weigh vehicle options, amenities, and rates from providers serving Denton, TX — all in one place without calling around and waiting on callbacks. Fill out one form, see available options, and get all-inclusive pricing in under 30 seconds.
You'll find every vehicle type your group could need through Friscopartybuscompany.com: 14-passenger Sprinter limos, Sprinter Van Rental with Driver, 15- to 50-passenger party buses, 15-35 passenger minibuses, and 40-56 passenger charter buses — all with pricing shown up front and no hidden fees. Call 945-713-8590 to walk through the options and find a package that fits your group.
Denton has real transportation headaches worth knowing about before you start planning. I-35E and I-35W both funnel through the city, and the Y-junction where they diverge trips up out-of-town guests heading to a UNT game or a downtown bar night. Street parking on the Square evaporates by 9 PM on any busy Friday, and Denton Arts & Jazz Festival weekend at Quakertown Park pushes that situation into outright chaos.
One bus, one pickup, no parking scramble — that is the Friscopartybuscompany.com advantage. Call 945-713-8590 for a free, no-obligation quote any time.

Modern Onboard Bus Amenities for Your Denton Trip
Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers typically come loaded with onboard bars, color-changing LED lighting, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and Bluetooth sound systems — the celebration kicks off on the ride over to the Square, not after you arrive. Executive Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos are the right call for smaller groups wanting USB charging at every seat, leather interior, and tinted windows for a corporate pickup or a bridal party run across Denton County. Full-size charter buses bring reclining seats, WiFi, power outlets, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays — ideal for long runs to DFW or a multi-stop shuttle circuit around UNT's Discovery Park.

Denton Party Bus Prices for Your Trip
Party bus and charter bus pricing in Denton varies based on vehicle size, travel date, and how many hours you need. To give you an idea of what to plan for: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. A few Denton demand windows worth knowing: UNT home football Saturdays in the fall, spring prom and graduation season when Denton ISD high schools and UNT commencement land in the same six-week window, and the annual Denton Arts & Jazz Festival all drive pricing upward as available buses fill fast. A Better Way to Rent a Party Bus in Denton
Friscopartybuscompany.com takes the guesswork out of Denton group transportation. Instead of tracking down operators one by one, waiting on callbacks during business hours, and trying to align quotes that never quite add up the same way, you get a wide selection of vehicles from different providers serving Denton — all compared through one form, with all-inclusive pricing returned in under 30 seconds.
That speed and selection matter in a city like Denton. When UNT schedules a home game against a Sun Belt rival, buses start disappearing from the available pool fast. When five Denton ISD high schools hold prom in the same four-week spring window, every party bus in Denton County is spoken for.
Having the ability to compare multiple options in seconds — and get started as soon as your date is confirmed — is the practical difference between getting the vehicle your group actually wants and making do with whatever is left.
Friscopartybuscompany.com handles every size and trip type: a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party, a 25-passenger party bus for a birthday bar crawl through the Square, a 40-56 passenger charter bus for a corporate group running I-35E to a DFW convention. Custom itineraries, one-way trips, round-trips, and multi-day packages are all on the table. Call 945-713-8590 any time, or use the online quote tool to compare rates and check availability for your next Denton group trip!
Group Transportation Services Available in Denton
Finding the right transportation for your Denton group is easy with Friscopartybuscompany.com! From airport shuttles and wedding transportation to bachelorette parties, prom, sporting events, concerts, corporate shuttles, private events, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Denton, there is a bus ready for it. Denton Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Denton sits roughly 30 miles northwest of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), with I-35E carrying the most direct route southeast toward the terminal complex. DFW runs across five terminals, and groups arriving on international flights often land at Terminal D, where the walk from customs and baggage claim to the curbside ground-transportation area is longer than many first-timers expect. Getting 20 people with checked bags organized and to a single meeting point at DFW requires coordination; a private bus handles that by waiting nearby until your group signals it is ready, then pulling to the commercial pickup lane rather than competing with rideshare demand.
Groups flying into Dallas Love Field (DAL) face a 35- to 40-mile run north to Denton — shorter overall, but on roads that slow down significantly during Dallas rush hour. A Denton airport shuttle keeps the entire group on one vehicle with undercarriage room for every checked bag. Check the DFW Airport charter bus guide and the Love Field charter bus guide for step-by-step pickup details at each airport.

Denton Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Denton's bar scene is genuinely one of the best in North Texas, and a bachelorette party or bachelor night built around the Square and Industrial Street delivers: craft beers, live music at every other door, and no cover charge pretension. What makes the night even better is that nobody in the group has to worry about the parking situation or figure out how everyone gets back to wherever they are staying afterward.
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus found through Friscopartybuscompany.com comes with an onboard bar, LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the energy carries from the first pickup straight through to the last stop. Your group stays together from the moment the bus leaves to the moment everyone is back home, and nobody has to sit out the last round to keep everyone else safe. Start the evening at a cocktail bar on W. Oak Street, work through the Square, and finish at a late-night show on Industrial — a Denton bachelorette party bus handles the whole itinerary.

Denton Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Denton and the surrounding Denton County area offer a solid range of event venues for milestone celebrations — from private party spaces along the Square to event halls in nearby Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Argyle. Whatever venue the honoree has in mind, a party bus makes the arrival as memorable as the event itself. Birthday party buses seating 15 to 50 are a natural fit, and you can request specific bus colors to match the party theme when you put in your quote request.
For Sweet 16 and quinceañera celebrations, a party bus entrance at the venue is one of the moments guests talk about longest afterward. Whether the party is heading to an event hall in Denton, a venue in a nearby Denton County suburb, or a restaurant on the Square, Friscopartybuscompany.com connects you to options for every group size and every budget. For adult milestone birthdays, a night through the Denton bar scene on a party bus means every guest has a ride home and nobody leaves the celebration early to make sure they can drive.

Denton Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Denton has earned its reputation as one of the best live music cities in North Texas — a dense cluster of bars, stages, and listening rooms centered on the Square and the Industrial Street corridor just north of downtown. On a busy weekend night, a half-dozen shows happen within a six-block walk of each other, which makes venue-hopping easy on foot but creates a real problem for groups arriving by car: street parking fills by 8 PM, the one-way grid around the Courthouse makes circling miserable, and there is no convenient lot that serves the entire Strip.
A Denton concert bus solves the whole problem at once. The bus delivers your group to the first venue, waits nearby between sets, and picks everyone up when you are ready to move to the next spot — nobody navigates Elm Street at midnight trying to remember which direction is one-way, and nobody misses the opener because they could not find parking. For larger shows at Apogee Stadium or UNT's on-campus venues, the same door-to-door approach keeps your group together from pickup to last call.
Call 945-713-8590 to plan your Denton concert night!

Denton Corporate Event Transportation
Denton is home to the University of North Texas — one of the 25 largest universities in the country — along with a growing I-35E corridor of research, defense, and technology operations. Moving employees or clients between Denton locations and the broader DFW metro is a regular logistical need, and traffic on I-35E between Denton and downtown Dallas during peak hours is not a minor inconvenience. The corridor regularly backs up from the UNT area southward, and corporate groups that split into individual cars lose cohesion and schedule control quickly.
A Denton corporate shuttle handles recurring employee runs, client transfers, and conference pickups without anyone on your team managing traffic. Whether you are shuttling a group from a Denton-area hotel to UNT's Discovery Park research campus, running a client delegation south to Frisco's PGA development for a hospitality event, or coordinating arrivals at a conference venue in Denton County, one bus replaces a fleet of rental cars and one call sets it up. Call 945-713-8590 to discuss Denton corporate shuttle options today!

Denton Private Event Transportation Services
Planning a large group outing anywhere in Denton County? A Denton private charter bus or party bus keeps your group together from first stop to last. Family reunions, church retreats, alumni weekends, and festival trips all run smoother when everyone is on the same vehicle with the same itinerary in front of them.
The Denton Arts & Jazz Festival draws more than 200,000 visitors to Quakertown Park over its two-day run each spring, and the streets surrounding the Bell Avenue corridor approach gridlock from the moment the gates open. Residential neighborhoods near the park post active no-event-parking enforcement, and surface lots within walking distance fill hours before the headliner. Rideshare surge pricing spikes heavily at end-of-night pickup.
A private charter bus positions your group before the crowds arrive and returns at your designated time instead of leaving everyone scrambling for a ride at 10 PM. Festival weekend books out early across the entire Denton bus market — get your transportation lined up as soon as your date is set. Call 945-713-8590 to get started!

Denton Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Denton ISD operates multiple high schools — Denton High School, Ryan High School, Guyer High School, and Braswell High School among them — and each holds its prom within a compressed window that runs late April through May. Add UNT and TWU commencement ceremonies into that same six-week stretch, and you have the single most bus-demand-intensive period on the Denton calendar. Every available party bus in Denton County gets claimed, and pricing reflects the supply squeeze.
For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and sharply higher rates come spring. A typical 6-hour prom rental for 30 students — school pickup, a pre-prom photo stop, venue drop-off at a Denton-area ballroom, and an after-prom return — runs around $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked months ahead but $2,800–$3,500+ if you wait until March or April. Friscopartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare bus sizes, confirm your itinerary, and keep prom night running on schedule. See the prom party bus page and call 945-713-8590 to get started!

Denton School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and administrators will find Friscopartybuscompany.com easy to use for Denton school trip transportation — comparing options is quick, and support is available by phone to help size the right vehicle for your headcount and destination. A charter bus is a meaningful comfort upgrade over a standard school bus: overhead storage bins hold backpacks and project boards, TVs and DVD players give students something to watch on the way out, WiFi and power outlets let older students stay productive, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles keep longer trips smooth without roadside stops.
Whether the trip is heading to a performance at UNT's Murchison Performing Arts Center, a natural science day at Lewisville Lake, or a history excursion to one of the Denton County sites along the historic square, one bus keeps the group together and chaperones focused on students rather than logistics. ADA-accessible buses are available — mention it when you request your quote. Call 945-713-8590 to get your Denton school field trip bus arranged today!

Denton Sporting Event Transportation
UNT Mean Green football draws up to 30,000 fans to Apogee Stadium on fall Saturdays, and the approach roads on the stadium's east side back up well before kickoff. Loop 288 and the I-35E interchange near campus handle a heavy surge simultaneously, and rideshare pickup after the final whistle means long waits with surge pricing in effect as thousands of fans try to leave at once. A charter bus or party bus keeps your fan group on one vehicle, arrives together at the stadium, and already has a post-game pickup plan locked in before you go inside.
A Denton sporting event bus with an onboard bar and sound system also means the tailgate energy starts on the ride up rather than waiting for you to find a spot in the lot. Mean Green basketball at the UNT Super Pit brings its own campus parking crunch on game nights. And for groups wanting to catch an FC Dallas match at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, a Dallas Cowboys practice at The Star, or a game at any DFW-area stadium, a charter bus handles the run down I-35E without anyone losing game-night time to traffic management.
Call 945-713-8590 to get your group moving for the next UNT home game!

Denton Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
A Denton wedding has enough moving parts without adding transportation to the list your guests have to figure out on their own. Instead of asking out-of-town family to navigate unfamiliar one-way streets around the Square or find their own way to a venue in the rural Denton County countryside after dark, a Denton wedding shuttle handles pickup, drop-off, and the route between hotel block and venue in one coordinated plan.
Denton County has a growing collection of barn and ranch venues spread across the countryside west and north of the city — wedding sites that are hard for out-of-town guests to find on two-lane Farm Roads after dark. A shuttle bus runs a clean loop from the hotel block straight to the venue entrance and back, so no family member misses the reception because they took a wrong turn off FM 1830 or FM 407. For the bridal party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right vehicle for the wedding-day arrival.
Because Friscopartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in every detail up front, your wedding timeline stays tight with clear pickup windows and a single point of contact from first quote to final drop-off. Call 945-713-8590 to start planning your Denton wedding transportation today!

Denton Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Denton's bar and live music scene is dense enough to build an entire night around without leaving a six-block radius — and for groups wanting a different kind of day trip, the surrounding Denton County countryside holds winery and vineyard options worth making a Saturday of. The Denton winery tour and pub crawl bus is designed for exactly this kind of itinerary: the bus handles the route between stops, everyone stays together, and nobody is quietly watching their drink count so they can still get the group home.
Start with a craft pour at Bearded Monk on the north side of downtown, move to a live set at Dan's Silverleaf on Industrial Street, and wind through the Square stops before heading back. Or build a county-wide vineyard circuit through the wine country north of Denton — the bus picks up your group, handles the rural road navigation between estates, and keeps the afternoon moving without anyone watching a map. Either way, your entire group arrives and departs together at one flat, predictable rate.
Call 945-713-8590 to set up your Denton pub crawl or winery tour!

Frequently Asked Questions About Denton Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Friscopartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your group.
What is Friscopartybuscompany.com?
Friscopartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation. It helps you compare party bus, charter bus, and minibus rentals in Denton from different providers through one online form — pricing and vehicle options side by side, with no account required and no obligation.
How does Friscopartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details into the online form — date, group size, and pickup and drop-off locations — and you’ll see available options from bus transportation providers serving the Denton area. Compare vehicle pictures, amenities, and estimated prices in one place, then move forward with the option that fits your group best.
How much does a party bus cost in Denton?
Pricing varies by vehicle size, date, and trip length. To give you a general idea: 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. For a price specific to your date and itinerary, call 945-713-8590 or use the online quote tool — quotes come back in under 30 seconds.
Can a bus drop off at Apogee Stadium on a UNT game day?
Yes. Charter buses can drop groups near the stadium entrance on game days. UNT Transportation Services manages parking on home football Saturdays — check the official UNT Transportation Services parking page for current lot assignments and any advance-purchase parking requirements before your visit.
Road closures near the stadium approach typically begin about two hours before kickoff, so plan your arrival window accordingly.
How bad is parking on the Denton Square on weekend nights?
It is genuinely bad. Street parking around the Courthouse and along W. Hickory fills by 8–9 PM on most Friday and Saturday nights, and the one-way street grid means you can loop the Square multiple times without landing an open space. During festival weekends, the situation is significantly worse.
A party bus or minibus drops your group at the curb and waits off-site, removing the parking problem entirely and keeping everyone together for the whole night.
When is the busiest season for Denton party bus demand?
Three windows drive demand higher than any other time of year: UNT home football Saturdays in the fall, spring prom and graduation season (April–May, when Denton ISD proms and UNT and TWU commencement ceremonies all overlap), and the annual Denton Arts & Jazz Festival in the spring. Book at least 3–6 months ahead for those weekends — buses fill fast and last-minute options come with higher pricing or no availability.
Popular Denton Party Bus Destinations
A Denton party bus itinerary can stretch from the Downtown Square to the UNT campus, out to Denton County’s rural venue corridor, or south toward the DFW metro — there is no shortage of destinations worth gathering your group for. Here are some of the most popular stops to build your trip around.

Apogee Stadium
Home of the UNT Mean Green football team, Apogee Stadium is one of the most distinctive venues in the Sun Belt Conference and one of the first college football stadiums in the country to earn LEED Platinum certification. The stadium holds around 30,000 fans and sits on the southeast edge of UNT’s main campus. On home game Saturdays, I-35E and Loop 288 near campus experience meaningful backups starting well before kickoff, and tailgate lots fill by mid-morning for rivalry matchups.
Rideshare availability near campus thins dramatically after the final whistle when thousands of fans try to leave simultaneously. A charter bus or party bus keeps your group together on the approach, parks through UNT Transportation Services, and has a confirmed pickup plan before you head inside — no post-game rideshare queue.
Address: UNT Main Campus, Denton, TX 76205 Phone: (940) 565-2000

Denton Square
The Denton Square is the social and cultural center of downtown — a walkable concentration of bars, restaurants, live music venues, and boutique shops anchored by the 1896 Denton County Courthouse-on-the-Square, a National Historic Landmark. The district draws students, locals, and visitors every night of the week. The one-way street system ringing the Square is genuinely disorienting for out-of-town visitors: Oak Street and Hickory Street run parallel one-ways, and the surrounding grid keeps first-timers looping before they get their bearings.
Street parking disappears on Friday and Saturday nights well before the bars hit capacity, and there is no single lot that conveniently serves the full strip. A party bus drops your group at the curb and returns when you are done — no circling, no metered parking, no navigating the grid after midnight.
Address: 110 W. Hickory St., Denton, TX 76201 (Denton County Courthouse)

Quakertown Park
Quakertown Park is Denton’s primary outdoor festival venue and the longtime home of the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival, one of the largest free outdoor music events in North Texas. The festival draws more than 200,000 visitors over its two-day spring run to the Bell Avenue corridor, with multiple performance stages spread across the park and the adjacent Civic Center grounds. During festival weekend, residential neighborhoods surrounding the park enforce no-event parking restrictions actively, and surface lots within walking distance fill hours before the headline acts.
Rideshare surge pricing spikes sharply at end-of-night egress. A charter bus or party bus positions your group before the crowds lock in and returns at your designated time instead of leaving everyone scrambling for a ride late at night. This is one of Denton’s highest-demand transportation weekends — book early.
Address: Bell Ave. and Malone St., Denton, TX 76201 Phone: (940) 349-8200

Dan’s Silverleaf
Dan’s Silverleaf is one of the most beloved music venues in North Texas — a Denton institution that has been launching careers and hosting touring acts across nearly every genre since the early 2000s. The venue sits on Industrial Street just north of the Square, featuring an outdoor stage, a covered patio, and an intimate indoor room that keeps the crowd close to the performers. Parking on Industrial Street is entirely street-side with no dedicated lot; on a sold-out show night, every space within several blocks gets claimed early, and the walk from available parking to the door becomes a genuine hike.
A party bus or minibus drops your group at the Industrial Street entrance and waits nearby between sets, making the whole evening a door-to-door experience. Dan’s Silverleaf is a natural anchor stop for any Denton music crawl itinerary.
Address: 103 Industrial St., Denton, TX 76201

Texas Woman’s University
Texas Woman’s University is one of the largest universities in the nation primarily serving women, with a sprawling Denton campus and enrollment around 15,000 students. TWU hosts commencement ceremonies, homecoming weekend, Founders Day events, and a consistent performing arts calendar that draws family groups and alumni from across the state throughout the academic year. Campus surface parking during graduation weekend is a genuine competition, with spaces claimed hours before ceremony start time and the area around Pioneer Hall backing up well before the ceremony opens.
A charter bus or minibus brings your family group to the campus drop-off point and returns when the ceremony ends, rather than leaving relatives circling for an open space and missing the processional.
Address: 304 Administration Dr., Denton, TX 76204 Phone: (940) 898-3000

UNT Super Pit
The Super Pit — UNT’s on-campus basketball arena, officially the UNT Coliseum — is one of the most colorfully named venues in college athletics and one of the best environments for a Mean Green game in the Sun Belt. The arena seats around 10,000 and doubles as a commencement venue, making it one of the busiest buildings on campus across both athletic and academic calendars. On game nights, parking adjacent to the arena fills from the surrounding campus lots inward, and the road network funnels a significant volume of traffic through a narrow set of entry points.
A party bus or charter bus drops your group at the arena entrance and handles the wait off-site, so nobody misses tip-off hunting for a spot. Call 945-713-8590 to get your UNT game-night transportation arranged!
